      Print Pro Compressible Sleeve

      Rotec developed this type of sleeve especially for the use of thin plates.

      Its relatively hard and highly compressible surface allows, for the first time, to print half tones and solids on one printing plate.

      		Material:
      metal and high-quality polyurethane

      Surface:
      compressible, precisely machined, cut resistant, low-sensitive for damage
      Recommendation: To use mounting tapes with foam carrier.

      Properties:
      High compression, cut and impact resistant, vibration and shock absorbing

      Blue Light sleeve (repeat sleeve)

      The Blue Light sleeve is a further development of the proven repeat sleeve. Used for plate-mounting in flexoprinting.

      Its variable wall-thickness (approx. .040"-1.0") realizes repeatbuilding up to max. 6.25" on one air-cylinder.

      Jobs already printed can remain on the sleeve for repeat jobs.

      light-weight sandwich of metal and high-quality polyurethane

      Surface:
      Extreme precision machined hard-polyurethane

      Properties:
      Particular resistant against cutting, impact, and chemicals

      Mega Light sleeve (repeat sleeve)

      The Mega Light sleeve is also used for platemounting in flexoprinting.

      Concept is developed for small web flexo-printing presses. An ultra light-weight polyurethane makes a variable wall-thickness of approx. 1.0 up to approx. 70mm possible. This means a repeat building of up to approx. 400mm.

      		Material:
      Sandwich of metal and ultra light-weight polyurethane.

      Surface:
      Extreme precision machined hard polyurethane

      Properties:
      Particular resistant against cutting, impact and chemicals

      Combining proven developments.

      Not only the high-quality skin material but also the core to insure higher production safety and quality. The inside sleeve provides for optimum expansion and clamping.
