Print Pro Compressible Sleeve
| Rotec developed this type of sleeve especially for the
use of thin plates.
Its relatively hard and highly compressible surface allows, for the first time, to print half tones and solids on one printing plate.

Blue Light sleeve (repeat sleeve)
| The Blue Light sleeve is a further development of the
proven repeat sleeve. Used for plate-mounting in flexoprinting.
Its variable wall-thickness (approx. .040"-1.0") realizes repeatbuilding up to max. 6.25" on one air-cylinder. Jobs already printed can remain on the sleeve for repeat jobs. | Material: light-weight sandwich of metal and high-quality polyurethane Surface: Properties:

Mega Light sleeve (repeat sleeve)
| The Mega Light sleeve is also used for platemounting
in flexoprinting.
Concept is developed for small web flexo-printing presses. An ultra light-weight polyurethane makes a variable wall-thickness of approx. 1.0 up to approx. 70mm possible. This means a repeat building of up to approx. 400mm. | Material: Sandwich of metal and ultra light-weight polyurethane. Surface: Properties: |
