MEGTEC MagnumThe MEGTEC Magnum brings the benefits of catalytic VOC control to a wide variety of industries. MEGTEC's long-lasting catalyst delivers regulatory compliance with energy efficiency and rugged dependability.
The MEGTEC Magnum uses a split-bed design, efficient line burner, and maintenance-free exterior to deliver years of dependable operation. Extra economy is obtained through a stainless steel heat exchanger with a nominal 70% efficiency. An advanced flow management system ensures the oxidizer always operates at optimal conditions to furnish maximum environmental and operating effectiveness.
QuantumMEGTEC designed the economical Quantum specifically for industrial operations with exhaust flows of less than 5,000 SCFM. The system's advanced controls automatically maintain high VOC destruction with maximum efficiency while protecting internal parts from thermal stress. The integral stainless steel heat exchanger has a nominal efficiency rating of 70%. The internal hot-side bypass regulates the catalyst bed inlet temperature to create self-sustaining oxidation whenever possible. Advance controls allow the system to virtually operate itself. | ||||
