The 16AAbsolutely Micro*Clean International announces a new compact system for the narrow web industry. The 16A is designed with a small footprint, for restricted space. This new compact design allows the narrow-web converter to clean anilox rolls, using the same well proven method as our wide-web customers, at a fraction of the expense. The 16A is an off press, automatic system, utilizing plastic media in an enclosed blast chamber. This is a very efficient, well proven system. The 16A is capable of accommodating anilox rolls up to 16" face, 4" diameter, and 30" total length. |

The space saving design allows you to operate from the front, and service from the sides. Front Loading Door, allows easy access to load and unload your anilox. Centering Device hold's anilox securely in place Ð vertically.

| The Dust Collector and reclaim are attached to the back, with easy access on both sides for service. The efficient reclaim system removes dust and debris from the media, keeping the system clean and very inexpensive to operate. |

Automatic cleaning cycle is controlled by an Integrated Circuit that controls the cleaning head motion, the roll index mechanism, the air control solenoids, and all functions of the cleaning cycle. The gun traverses up and down the face of the anilox. The roll indexes (rotates) at the end of each motion providing even and efficient cleaning. All motion and door interlock circuits are monitored by the system for the safety of the operator and your anilox roll. |
